Lisa Bedlow

 

I am passionate about Early Years Education and have been at New Bridge for 11 years. I became Executive Head of Caversham Nursery 3 years ago. I  enjoy supporting colleagues new to the role as well as those wanting advice on improving their school EYFS. I am delighted to have 2 Outstanding Ofsted gradings from our last two inspections. I love Yoga which helps me to calm my mind in times of challenge and am a Pranic Healer which is great for healing staff . 

 

What the conference means to me as a School Leader

 

I love spending quality time with colleagues, sharing our passions. It is great having time to reflect and share our dreams and visions and be re-inspired and reminded of what a privilege this job is! I love being by the sea so that is an added bonus!
